MMR Engineers & Contractors (India) Pvt. Ltd. has set up a special wing to train the unemployed youth to enhance their employability. The Company aims at upgrading the skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance. It
plays the role of a “market-maker” in sectors where market mechanisms are ineffective or missing. The sectors of skill training are selected on the basis of the market demand as well as the experience of the Company.
MMR Engineers and Contractors (India) Pvt. Ltd has been entrusted by Kapu Corporation with training 900 unemployed Kapu youth in various skills including OFC, Telecom, Renewable Energy and Textile Designing. MMR has its skill traini g centres in the premises of National Academy of Construction (NAC) in Gachibowli, Hyderabad apart from Kurnool and Rajahmundry cities in Andhra Pradesh. MMR has state-of-the-art technology equipment to give hands-on training. The company has also tied up with various organisations related to the skills for offering internships immediately after the training.
